Probably the best tasting pizza Ive had in awhile! We have gone to most of the pizza joints around the 5 cities area. I was looking for new york style pizza and I think this place knocked it out of the park. You can also get it by the slice.. Do yourself a favor and get your next pizza from this joint.

Good crust Good sauce Good cheese = Good Pizza! Takeout order was ready on time - good service too! They had some cozy patio seating with a good vibe so may not be a bad idea to eat in next time.

Located on Price Street, in Pismo Beach, is the BEST Italian Shop in SLO County, Giuseppe's Express! This location is right across the street from the Restaurant Giuseppe's. There is street parking, but very little lot parking. There are outdoor and indoor tables. When you enter, you are transported to a small Italian Shop in NY. For an Italian, such as myself, this is like my Graceland. You have canned tomatoes, olive oils, olives, peppers, pastas, balsamic vinegars, cookies, and more from Italy. They have Gelato, Cheesecakes, sandwiches, Italian meats, Italian cheeses, salads, pizzas, etc. This has everything for Italians and for those that love Italian Food. They always greet you at the counter and communicate well. I called in the order, so I could just pick it up. I ordered a Lg Thin Gorgonzola, Lg Thin 1/2 Pepperoni and 1/2 Cheese Pizza, Giuseppe Salad and Spaghetti & Meatballs. My daughter loved the spaghetti, as always. The Giuseppe's Salad is very deep earthy with butter lettuce, carrots, cucumber, sharpe bite from the pieces of shredded Parmesan and the house made oil and vinegar dressing. Tomatoes had a nice burst of sweet juiciness. The Lg Thin Gorgonzola, brings a wonderful sweetness from the grilled onions. Oily, fatty, milkiness from the Mutz. Nice sharp and saltiness from the Parmesan. And just a great FUNK from the Gorgonzola The dough is thin and chewy, with a slight crunch. The crust is thin and slightly fluffy. Such a great change up from the usual. The Thin Lg Cheese pizza was very delicious. Nice crunch throughout. The rich, fresh, Tomato Sauce married with the Mutz, for a baked, cooked down top. It was wonderful. We used to go every weekend, when my parents lived in South County, but now we all live in North County. We go a lot less than I would like. *My only knock is Paulie is Great, Paisan, but others don't cook the pizza's as well as Paulie. Wish there wasn't that inconsistency*

Ordered a large cheese half pepperoni Service was fantastic as the pizza was made promptly and tasted delicious!!! We love coming here to Giuseppe's express for pizza desserts sandwiches and Italian store goods like pastas sauces and pickled veggies.
